Do It Yourself >> Statement Necklace

After my copper pipe necklace diy- I really liked the idea of taking simple pipe fittings and using them on necklaces. I recently starting following Ashley Rose on instagram who also blogs over at Sugar and Cloth (a new fav!) Last month she posted this diy statement necklace contributed by blogger, Molly of Almost Makes Perfect. I loved the simple design and of course the fact that she used some brass pipe fittings! So this is my little diy inspired from hers.

This is a quick and easy one: using black cord, wood balls (holes already punched) and brass fittings. I taped off a portion of each ball and painted white. After they were all dried I simply strung everything, tied to desired length, and cut extra. Ta-da!

  5. Aww, this is so cute! For some reason I'm picturing it with a big heart or star wooden bead in the center. Will definitely have to try :)
